WELCOME
We are a non-profit association established pursuant to Subsection C. of the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Act ("The Act") to offer medical professional liability insurance covering the provision of health care services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with Section 732 of The Act.
Primary coverage is made available by the Association to those individuals and entities that qualify for such coverage from the Association under Section 732 of The Act. The Association does not provide coverage for any services provided outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
